Bordages bought three small shotgun cottages ($300 for the two outside and were forced to pay $500 for the center one later) from DeBens and built Villa Daisy. They moved from the Baron Place, 401 N. Beach Boulevard. She provided two photos of Villa Daisy. Villa Daisy burned September 4, 1927, and circa 1930 they built the current house. A. B. Day was the contractor. Called “Point View” when F. C. Bordages bought in 1920’s
